And I’m not shitting on anyone for last night. Last night the team showed fire, passion, and looked like they gave a shite. Our relief pitchers battled their tails off and there were times our batters looked damn good too.
I’m talking about all the passive little wimps that day “midweek games don’t matter” or “early series don’t matter” or “just get hit at the right time”
Guess what Gray, if this team would have taken care of the shitty mid week teams, they’d be firmly hosting a regional right now.

NCAA tournament has not started yet so none of this matters to most of the rant. They only care about getting to Omaha and winning championships right? Mainieri’s entire regular season and sec tourney resume gets thrown out when someone is arguing for him to be fired. Why now do those same people care so much about every single loss before the regionals begin?

100% agree for this season. It’s not always like that though. But for this season, you’re right.
The loses to Ole Miss and Auburn are the worst. Those games were winnable and that game last night would not have mattered. If you play with fire, you will get burned.
