When O was hired his supporters touted this plan to bring in top assistants. Given the biggest complaint with Miles was the stagnant offense and O is a career DL coach, the OC was BY FAR the most important hire he would make. After the Kiffin BS was over, he hired one of the hottest names and paid him one of the top salaries. Ree told us endlessly in the off season and thru the early season that Canada was the only offensive coach nominated for the Broyles award to prove what a great hire this was. When reports surfaced that there was tension and Canada would be gone at the end of the season it was vigorously denied by the CheeriOs. Now they are ignore it or talk about people “melting” never acknowledging what a colossal screw up it is. His other initial hires Robinson so so at best, Joseph horrendous and Meatball looks promising especially as a recruiter. But the new OL coach is awesome cause O can do no wrong
