So I'm shopping today and I am near a couple older than me on teh peanut butter/jelly/poptart aisle.
I hear "it says BAMA ... DON'T buy it; now, if it said LSU that would be different".
All I could do was laugh as I started talking about the game with them. Guess I won't be buying Bama jelly anymore either!
I know I know :csb: but it is funny.

I just got back from Books-a-million on Seigen, I went past the magazine rack and covered all the magazines that had Bama on the cover with magazines with LSU on the cover.
Also had them take me off their mailing list earlier in the week when they sent out an email about picking up Alabama championship gear...

I quit listening to Hank Williams Jr because he was born in Alabama.

Just checked. I guess he was born in La, In one of songs he talks about being born in Ala Bam!!! So that's like being born in LA and playing football for Ala Bam.
Still will boycott Hank and jelly!!

Funny, I said the same thing in the store after the game. I'm not buying Tide detergent anymore either.
