I don't want our admins losing ad revenue from website hits. A few days to cool off should do it.

So Texas ATM are cowards for leaving the big 12?

We all know why they left the clusterfrick. The SEC is different and you can tell, I guess we can always go north to play boring football or east to fight paper teams...right?

Amen!

It is pretty much at the point where nothing is surprising anymore.

We all know the SEC is the best conference in football. I am not for us leaving just saying at this point I wouldn't care bc of the gump love fest. LSU and other schools need to send a wake up call they won't tolerate this crap. Other member schools besides Alabama have a voice. Combine that with a notable guy like SVP doing an investigative type piece on this and show the nation this latest frick job

Really different you think it was just about the fricking money? Ask them yourself they are on the SEC rant right now. It is about being treated like a red headed stepchild, a second class citizen and civil rights movements were started over it as we're many many wars.

The fricking question is really that simple re we happy being bamas bitch and being treated like shite or not. Letting a bama grad that used to work for the athletic department and grew up playing football in Tuscaloosa pick our schedule promoting Georgia over us for a bowl game game all the god damn bull shite calls and no calls. We are the fricking Charlie Brown of the SEC hoping that next year they will actually let us kick the fricking ball. Even when we do we get a fricking rematch and have to win two in a row. We will always be second class if things stay he same

Going to the Big 12 is just dumb. Texas gets a ton of money from bowl games they don't even play in.

Bama's going, but yet Vandy and Kentucky get the same amount as Bama, and every other SEC team. I don't believe that's the case in the Big 12. I remember reading something about that but it's been a while. I doubt it's changed much though. I could be wrong though.

This is just idiotic. The SEC is the best conference in the land. Without the SEC LSU would lose out on prime out of state recruits, lose lots of money, we would miss out on the traditions of what SEC football brings us, lose rivalries, and be thought of as cowards by the nation. F that, if LSU actually did this I would be highly disappointed in our University and they would never receive a dime of my money again. It's crazy we have fans that actually think this.

Letting a Bama grad in charge of SEC scheduling is like letting al Capone being in charge of the IRS

Not just about it but it is a part of it. If the $$$ stops coming in like it is, the facilities suffer, all of them. Basketball, football, baseball.

I've been in the LSU locker room, weight room, in the chute, the meeting room in the football ops. building and it's second to none.

Awesome facilities. When it's not divided equally with the other teams in the conference, that's going to hurt. And it could hurt recruiting.

No thanks.

The Saban/Miles era has us as one of the favorites for ATL year in/year out. Doesn't matter who's on the field conference wise. We have UF every year? Normally UT is very good and UA has them every year. AU has UGA every year. So what we are talking about essentially is one game....in one sport. Leave the SEC? We are the SEC as much as anyone. No thank you. The solution is to beat UA and UF next year.

Agreed. That goes back to what I said earlier. Someone of weight needs to open up this can of worms and get that to SVP.

No idea who that would be. It certainly won't be Alleva.

Any goof can see the schedules aren't equal.

I get it so getting an equal share in turn is being a slave to the gump machine. Ever so often when the cards fall right we make a run at the title. You make a good point

Thank you. There is one easy solution to this and it is to just win. Win and everyone shuts up. Crying about wanting to leave the SEC is just a pu*$y arse attitude if I have ever heard one.

I don't know why the bitching, I for one look forward to facing UGA, FLORIDA, BAMA, ATM, Grinding Miss, New Ark Coach, and a recovering old miss next year along with our major OCC marque match up TCU.

THAT type of scheduling put fans in the stands and give us lots of national exposure. People will see that we play tough week in week out unlike other team the paper champion Bama . It would help with nationwide recuriting.

Also if you think LSU is a good team then stop bitching. If you think we are a shite team then yeah I can see why you are bitching about a harder schedule. Like it or not I seen the ref been more then fair towards LSU this season. In fact I heard bama complain about the ref in the Bama -LSU game! Even Bug Eye tom ritter is no longer as much as a bama homer officiating wise.

In this day and age where technology can let anyone see a mistake right away, they are all walking on egg shells.
