Actually, I don't really place all of the blame on our "hitting". I think the entire offensive philosophy stunts our abitlity to score runs. Scoring runs is the goal, I don't care how many hits we have.

Sometimes I even wonder if we have one.

My dad said if LSU wins the CWS this year then he'll come back and get me from the foster home.

I hope you like your foster family.

We hit .235 that game with the only extra base hit being Stevenson's triple. He was our only run from a SF. ULL hit .300. Both teams left 5 on.
You're better than this.

LSU is not set up to be a great SEC tourney or Omaha team. They just don't have the pitching depth (starters) or the offense to bail them out of a slugfest.
With that being said, they are scary in a super regional with Nola on Friday, and if they stay in the winners bracket of a regional would be tough there as well. Assuming they host a regional the 4 seed would be critical, if they can save Nola for game 2 they are in great shape.

If we host a regional, you'll probably see bouman in game 1.

All depends on the 4 seed. LSU has been pretty lucky historically getting the SWAC champ as the 4 seed. But you can get stuck with a decent CUSA or or Southland conference team where you can't pitch your #3 or 4 vs their #1

I kinda like Nola on friday and maybe save Poche for Sunday. Nola would destroy Robicheaux, he's their third best pitcher.

Nola hits now too?

He's the secret weapon we've been saving up. That and KRob as the setup man.

Nola to DH
KRob to the pen
Fury to 2B
