Look, I hope Brennan comes back but I think it's as simple as Max wasn't guaranteed the starting job. Between Howard, Nuss, maybe Brennan, and maybe a transfer, he saw too much competition.

I think it’s more that he was tired of getting legally killed every week and wanted a better system.

Just go get Cam Ward out of the transfer portal. Myles left the team mid season to enter the portal and left before Max how does this make sense

Definitely can't take that away from him.
I wonder if the season turns out a bit different without the snakebite of injuries. Yeah maybe some weren't legit but not having Boutte the back half of the season limited the offense.
