baseball only makes a total net profit of approx 350 - 500k. and thats using PM's salary. so i would imagine serious ticket price increases if the new coaches salary is too high and especially if the much needed upgrades to The Box are going to happen anytime soon.

LSU wouldn’t raise ticket prices to pay a coaches salary. It’s not like they are going to raise ticket prices just enough to cover the cost of the new coach.

You realize the athletics department just covers the baseball programs costs right? They don’t have to break even, and LSU’s TV revenue and merchandise fund athletics… not just footbaw

I'm not saying it's not true but difficult to believe that Danny fricking White has put 2.6 million on the table. If so, and Tony V. is Woodys guy I feel good about ThunderCat being LSU's next baseball coach.

Well there is the shitty location premium TN should have to pay for a lack of history and great fans.
