Is it wrong that I think this looks kinda awesome? Maybe with yellow endzones and purple letters.

Is there an option for this on NCAA 13?

In my mind, I'm already there.

It's not "wrong". It's your "opinion". I personally would hate this with a passion. I don't watch games played on Boise State's field specifically because my eyes can't bear the site of that blue turf. This would be even worse.

You're right. I can't watch those games on TV either.

Agricultural School.

Traditional Football Program.

Doubt we see field turf, unless they build a dome sometime in the future.

The only thing I might change is to do what we did in the 70's for really big games - paint the opponent's name in the South End Zone; and make every other five yards of grass darker, lighter, darker.
You could still have purple and yellow yard lines on the 20's, borders, and of course LSU in the NEZ. And keep the Tiger Eye....

I don't know what's wrong w/ these people; they're slipping. Let me pick up the slack.

I kinda miss those big old LSU block letters in the End Zone. I wouldn't mind seeing them bring those back for a few games with the eye in the center. I doubt that will happen anytime soon though.

I heard a rumor that the South End Zone expansion was going to cast such a shadow that the turf would not going to recieve enough natural direct light to sustain it,

Last time I looked the sun tracked east to west... When did this change? Nobody tells me anything! Have to hear it first on TD.

I wonder why more people do not recognize the advantages. If we get a rainy fall, the field turns into a mud pit and totally negates our speed advantage. On defense, in particular, we are built on speed rather than bulk.

Stadium rats, I will upload pics later....

Why you say they are slipping? The field has looked pretty good the past couple of years IMO. Him and Maneri are pretty good friends now, Maneri told him when they win another championship he will give him a ring. I don't think he is going anywhere. Miles likes him too...

I heard Tiger Stadium was going to be 50% grass and 50% artificial. From the south endzone to the 50 yard line will be artificial. The north half natural grass.

Make that field gold with purple numbers and lines and you'd have something.

You know, we COULD develop a strain of purple grass- let's get the mad scientists gene-splicers mutant agro-breeders to work on it...IT COULD HAPPEN!

MW, I'm someone who knows about this grass. That's all.

If TS is ever turf it won't be because of lack of sunlight due to the expansion.
