Too bad for you, Arkansas doesn’t get an extra runs vs LSU bc they played a tougher SR opponent. And that’s the ONLY part of this you were right about.

That was the point. They are as prepared as they can be. And my secondary point was if LSU wins anyway it’s going to crush them.

Your simple mind made you think I’m predicting an Arkansas win. Of course, that never happened. You just got your feelings hurt because I had the nerve to point out LSU hasn’t been tested in the postseason...which is 100% right.

The almighty tennessee that finished 16-14 in conference and in game 2 walked or hit 10 arkansas batters. They played so well….

Compared to WVU?

Doyle and Phillips are legit and didn’t walk 25 batters…or almost pass out on the mound.

Lsu beat little rock, dbu, and wvu, arkansas beat north dakota st, creighton, and tennessee, lets not act like the difference in these paths is massive, unless we are pretending this is Tennessee 2023/2024

Kirn was a beast too.

Arkansas has mauled people at home all year and has collapsed on the road. LSU owned the box but was bad in pure road games.

LSU lost a game to little rock and was down 5-1 to LR and in a 7-5 game vs. LR in the regional finals.

West Virginia issued TWENTY-FIVE walks or HBPs...in 2 games. It's almost impossible to lose when that happenes. You are like 99%. Both of LSUs starters had subpar performances.

Sorry, dude. LSU hasn't played it's best ball yet and it hasn't had to. It is what it is.

I have never said they have played their best ball. And its week to week, no guarantee that either lsu or arkansas is about to play their best ball

Arkansas is legit. The level of success Van Horn has sustained there is impressive.
A lot has to align and go right to win a title. Eventually his year will come as it should.
I just hope it’s not a year where LSU is there

They are the best team in the country, never said otherwise. I just dont buy that theyve taken some real tough path to get here. Theyve won one tough game where the other team didnt throw up all over themselves against maybe the 15th best team in the country. Lsu best prob the 18th and 24th best teams

So you admit LSU hasn't had to raise its level of play in the postseason? You admit they haven't been tested? Is that what you are saying now?

I may be wrong but I think they won the series vs Texas (sweep) and auburn. LSU lost both of those series. They also had more SEC wins than LSU. Those are things they did that LSU did not.

Does Arkansas have a series win over LSU?

You tried to compare LSUs regional to Arkansas and failed to mention LSU getting blown out vs. LR and struggling in the regional final.

You dismiss Tennessee as a tough opponent for Arkansas (despite just about everyone saying it was the toughest SR draw) but ignore WVU walking 25 batters.

And when called on it you won’t even take a firm stance on the original question of whether LSU has been forced to raise its level of play (aka tested) in the postseason relative to Arkansas.

Arkansas is the most complete team (only slightly ahead of LSU). Eventually one of these years he's going to get a title.

Maybe their lineup

But I challenge you to prove how their pitching is better

The 2013 CWS is what made LSU fans hate the new stadium. Way to pitcher friendly and then that was the peak dead ball, dead bat era.
UCLA figured out the formula very quickly. Throw high fastballs and play your outfield deep. Nothing but dying warning track fly outs.
They played peak small ball of stealing and moving runners to manufacture a few runs.
I was convinced 2013 LSU was gonna runaway in Omaha to win it all until they didn’t.

You have no evidence that Tennessee was a tougher test than West Virginia. Tennessee has been horrible on the road all year. They haven't won a road series in months.

You probably think that Murray State is weak because they were a 4 seed. Every team in the regional final deserved to be there because they were playing well. Every team in a super deserved to be there because they won their regional. Every team in Omaha right now is battle tested.

If LSU had beaten Clemson during the super regional you wouldn't be making this argument, because Clemson was viewed as a top 3 ACC team. But Clemson was bested by WVU at home with their ace on the mound. WVU is better than you are giving credit for. They were the champions of the Big 12, who just so happens to have a team in Omaha. You are overrating Tennessee on the road
