Is this the year we start to notice our program "slipping"?

Or is it next year? We'll have huge holes to fill with WR, RB, and LB. Throw UNC and West Virginia onto the schedule, along with Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, and Ole Miss.
I think we all know Miles is a bit goofy. And yeah, he doesn't manage games well, and isn't an "X's and O's" coach.
But he recruits well, right?
Perhaps. But just because Miles recruits a few top players doesn't mean he is filling needs. We have huge D-line issues. Our D-line just isn't what it was 2-3+ years ago. The fact that we have one DT for 2010 who has one collegiate offer (us...) doesn't give me a lot of confidence.
If and when we lose 4 games this year, seriously, how are you going to feel about this program? Keeping in mind the holes we have to fill next year, along with a difficult schedule, we could see 3 straight seasons with 4 or more losses.
That is hardly "dominant".

What would you do if we went 10-2? Jump off a cliff? Become a Bama fan? give up CFB?

I'm guessing you don't follow recruiting.

Is this the year we start to notice that Orly is retarded, or have we known that all along?
Posted on 9/17/09 at 7:10 pm to Orly
How about this: "if and when" we go 10 and 2 this year, you don't post on the Rant till we do go 8-4?

If its "slipping", it started last year.

No shite.
Just another layer of stupidity in the post.

I feel like we have a very good defensive line. Is it as talented as recent years? Not quite yet. But it can certainly be productive. Miles is a great game coach. Florida '07 proved it. Just believe, until you're shown otherwise. This is the season that will tell us whether or not to be skeptical of Miles. Last year alone just doesn't do it.

I think in the back of their minds, most LSU fans can feel it happening, even if they would never admit it.

RB- Micheal Ford
Wr- Rueben Randle
Oh and there was this guy named Russel Sheppard, I heard he was pretty good.

Because of this statement, Ive now come to conclusion that you are an alter just trying to stir shite and not an LSU fan.

Ford is one person. By he start of the 2010, he will have 0 game experience.
Reuben Randle is one person. By the start of the 2010 season, he will have very limited experience.
Shepard's role is still undefined.
That isn't "depth" or "experience".
