Well we do not live in Georgia, so no, it is never a good time for a low country boil.

What is a low country boil? Sounds like something that needs lancing and triple antibiotic ointment.

In Georgia and South Carolina it usually means boiled shrimp.

Is like a crab boil without the crabs.

The wife cannot do the shellfish.

So more like a gumbo game?

My wife’s family is from Georgia and once we visited, they had a country boil. They used frozen king crab legs.
