being united generates attitude. Maybe it means something like if the team comes together as a team and not individual accomplishments (or maybe individual accomplishment are accomplishments of the team) and have each others backs then we will have more of a certain attitude, probably a winning positive attitude and not a negative attitude and the attitude will be amplified? Maybe someone else knows what this means in practical terms? Not really grasping it.
