Is Saban delusional?

I am watching the SEC channel and just saw a clip concerning the Iron Bowl. Saban just stated that Auburn is the best team that Alabama will play this season. Auburn has lost 3 Nicky. Auburn's offense is not very good. The best team that you played this year is LSU; the last time I checked, LSU is undefeated and beat Alabama and Auburn.

I’m sure that’s true but of course he is going to be very complimentary of the opponent his team is facing. I am just amazed a lot of our fans take this as a shot against us when it’s classic coaches speak

He may be right. Defensively he may be right offensively as well. Auburn held LSU to a low scoring tight game. The lowest LSU has scored all season. So just cause lsu beat bama in their own back yard. Think he saying bama is in it for a tight game and their offensive side may be lowest they have been all season. No one has really put up alot of points on auburn this season. I look forward to Auburn beating bama I hope if nix don't fuk it up for me. Like to see Clemson lose too, I can only pray that will happen. Most importantly I want to see the tigers focus on these Aggies this weekend, give a good outing a good showing for the burreaux family and fans.

Then why did I get a notification on my phone from The Score yesterday saying Saban taking shots at LSU saying Auburn is the best team they will face all year? It's not just butt hurt LSU fans saying this!!

As much as some people think Saban is some hard-nosed no-nonsense guy who tells it like it is, he's a sneaky politicking weasel in reality. This is his first, in what is surely to be many, talking points for his Bama in the playoff campaign.
