Michigan fans think he is.

As it stands today with the information we know:
1. Saban
2. Smart
3. Jimbo/Orgeron in no particular order
5. Mullen
Then the rest
Orgeron could certainly jump Smart eventually and we don't know enough about Jimbo in year 2 to really say whether Orgeron or Jimbo is better.

Now let’s wait & see! Lol. frickin fool
What about this is confusing to you?
He's had two years before this that weren't to LSU's standard, or at least the standard that was established when Miles was fired. Now he's had a good start to one season and you want everyone to say everything is hunky dory?
It's "wait and see" until the time you've been performing well vastly outweighs the lean times. When he's performing well and he's sustained that performance, we will have seen it. But sure, let's give him a 10 year extension now. No hardware to speak of but sure, sign him up.
This is how it is for every coach. No one gets special treatment.

You haven’t waited to see about anything. You made your bed going on 2 years now. You don’t get to wait and see now. Sorry joe !

He had to retool a program that had to fire its most winningest coach. I’ve laid you out the blueprint at the start of this, and how it would lead to this point, and all you’ve done is argue and bash everything. Again, you don’t get to wait and see anything. You’ve made a complete fool of yourself up until this point

Dude, Orgeron could win 3 straight championships and you'll still be on this pathetic denial campaign.

This tirade you're going on is about you trying to keep score of something, playing gatekeeper.
This is clearly about bragging rights or claiming some kind of gotcha moment for you. I just want LSU competing for championships like I know they can.

Case in point. This is about you apparently. You just can't wait to say I told you so.
Why not wait until he gets some hardware pal?

Here you go, crying about validation for this guy again. Just enjoy the season brother. Stop crying about ridiculous hypotheticals that will never happen.

No one is asking for your validation. Everyone knows your opinion. After a year of screaming to high heavens about how the offense wouldn't improve you're still reaching.

I think were in a great place, and O has figured it out.
But pretending going Canada/E/BRady and E was some sort of master plan is a bit silly.
I will giv credit were credit is due. O recognized that we needed a schematic change and actually made a good hire.
The "O finally has the offense he always wanted" narrative is silly.
Either he knew where the offense needed to go and had no idea how to get there (Canada and E are terrible hires if you want a HUNH RPO offense) OR he had no idea where to offense needed to go until this off season.

Hard to argue that he isn’t

quote:Why do you argue with this guy? For the past year, he's claimed a 70% completion rate by Burrow is a "delusional" projection. Now that it appears likely that Burrow will maintain a 70%+ rate, Goldrush clams up.

The dude is not discussing sports. He is attempting to proclaim narratives (for all of us to bow to).

Lets let the year play out.
Looking at head to head O is #4 I'd say
0-3 vs Saban
0-2 vs Mullen
0-1 vs Jimbo
But
SEC West
2-0 vs Malzahn
2-0 vs Matt Luke
SEC East
1-0 vs Kirby
1-0 vs Chad Morris
1-0 vs Barry Odom
Here's to a 1 added to the left column for every one of those guys we face, a 2 if we face School we face anyone multiple times.
