Curley Hallman was 10-21 in the SEC. Or 32% wins

McMahon is 16-47 in the SEC. 25% wins.

I think it’s clear that we hired a nice, calm, ‘clean’ personality to try and self-impose restrictions on ourselves before any worse could be done—at least that’s what it looks like looking back.

The joke is on us. We really went out of our way to screw ourselves regardless of if that was our intention. I think initially at least we thought we might be getting a good coach but morant, like Favre in football as previously mentioned, had much to do with any success.

Now I hope we get serious, get ambitious about basketball, and pull off a great hire. We are one good hire (and a major commitment to nil) away from possibly dominating the sec in all major sports, including women’s basketball, which is a subjective call if you want to put it among the likes of men’s basketball, football and baseball.

What is clear is that we shouldn’t screw around any more, nor should we doubt that lsu can be at the top of all major sports.
