I love to destroy CLM but my position with recruits flipping has always been the same no matter who the coach is.

Ha ha. There is no way youre not roasting miles if he lost our only 2 qbs. Its laughable that you would even deny it.

Its amazing watching you make all these excuses for ed orgeron while you hated the lsu coach that actually accomplished something of note.

I am not going to bash a coach that has done nothing to lose these guys. Saban didn't recruit Jameis Winston? How the hell do you allow the Heisman winner to leave the state?

I guess Dylan Moses is still a lsu recruit.

No he isn't he sent in financial aid papers to Bama. Guys commit and de-commit it happens. If a guy was as solid as Narcisse has been up until now he hasn't been "lost". Guice de-commited at one point and we didn't lose him.

With two fricked up knees? Doubtful. A lot of these kids shine like hell in high school, and then don't do as well when they get to the college level. There are other fish in the sea. If they de-commit, withdraw the offer and go elsewhere.

I think offering Tua was a little dense too. Hanagriff is a bum though.

I have said for years we don't get elite QB's b/c of miles and his offense...so why would I have been surprised he lost them?

Again....

Openly going after another qb is not considered doing nothing. It was a mistake.

At least youre admitting that you would be blasting them.

That doesnt change the fact that lsu no longer holds a verbal committment and its very meaningful because now the staff has to spend time trying to lock up a recruit that has already committed once instead of spending time on recruits that we didnt have locked up. Now the staff not only has to spend time trying to lock up the decommitted qbs, they now have to spend time on other qb recruits in case they can get the qbs to recommit.

Losing 2 qb committments this late in the recruiting season is a huge deal

I don't think I have ever complained about any recruits we lost under CLM...even the one he put down for not signing with us

With a coaching changing we were bound to lose some committments

It's not the end of the world if we don't get HS stud QB in this class. It would have been nice to get Brennan, but if things don't pan out, go hunt down a JUCO or two for the short term and re-new efforts on next recruiting class when you have an OC in place the whole time.

But not 2 qbs. Brennan is still all lsu if our hc doesnt offer a qb that was never coming here to begin with.

Now he not only has to spend resources on convincing him to stay at lsu, he has to spend resourced on a back up plan in case he cant get a recommittment. He could be out recruiting and putting our resources toward other positions but no he had to do something dumb.

Well, we aren't discussing quantum mechanics. Most of the local talking heads in BR are fools, imv. Hanagriff seems to be the most thoughtful of the bunch. His partner is a stupid arse bag, lol.

IMO Narcisse is waiting to see who the LSU OC hire will be. All this wasted time on fricktard Kiffin was BS. Hope it is Canada. Would be very solid choice and a great OC who should be at LSU for awhile.

Wow, I thought he was still considering LSU but decided to look around. Who did he commit to?

Don't think Orgeron had much to do with locking up Aranda. I think that was a condition of his hiring......
