He is definitely a one and done. He needs to develop better footwork. That's why he falls a lot. His game will slowly come along and to some degree, he remains a project but his POTENTIAL is his ace card and why the NBA scouts are drooling over him.

I watched the game and you could see Naz improving.

He's really just learning the ropes. The future for this young man is bright,

Wade is straightening out the mess. We aren't there yet and tend to revert to our old ways, but you can see improvement.

Oh, I don't think there is any question. If he's still a mid-first rounder now, IMHO he will only move up as IMHO he will continue to improve and progress.

I don’t see it as uncoordinated, but rather playing out of control. He tries to get cheap fouls a lot and doesn’t get the calls. He also has 2-3 plays per game where he seems to be trying to make a highlight reel play instead of the winning play.

He has played much better the last two games from a philosophical and effort perspective. The plan is to continue getting paint touches and have him be a force offensively down low.

I’ve been critical of his effort a lot but he’s stepping up. He’s been challenged behind closed doors and he’s answering the call.

IMO we're handicapping his development. He's not a dribble and drive threat from 20' out.

He could absolutely dominate if this season was spent forcing him to learn his body and his strength.

Does he project on the wing in the NBA? I dunno.

You think only wings shoot 3s in the NBA?

I think he's playing a game he has not much experience playing because it's been so easy for him in high school. IMHO he's getting better, it's a process and slower than we'd all like but the progress is real.

I think he came in with a rep for turning it off and on effort-wise. From my view his effort has been better than was reputed.

He’s far from a polished scorer anywhere on the floor. Just a big kid learning to play the game. He’ll have a least two years here to figure it out.
