He can’t hurt you anymore. This turned into a weird rant about a coach that’s no longer here.

That was about the poster not Orgeron. I will continuously bash the Woodward Badger at every turn. Every one of them that didn’t want change. I’m not a Woodward cock rider, didn’t like what he did to Will, but all of those other firings, Paul, O, Bitch basketball, Bitch Tennis were absolutely necessary. The first thing I would tell site managers is to fire someone within the first couple months to set the right tone. There are those that have certain loyalties that will stab you. Find out who they are and terminate their asses.

Yes, I thought we would have 3 or 4 more LA kids at this point

No because he needs time to get his foot in the door around these parts. Currently he's getting guys (mostly) that he has been recruiting the last few years while at ND (and that is nationally considering the pool around ND).

The state of LA does not produce enough talent to build a top power 5 program. The state produces plenty of top level talent but it’s the depth of that talent that is the issue.
I think that is true for most states.

For Louisiana, it depends on what positions you are looking at.

The issue is always the big nasties. We get some good ones in this state, just not enough to build a whole line usually, and definitely not enough for depth there.

WRs and DBs, Louisiana has that in spades.

It's likely LSU will take anyone they like right now because they don't have a scholarship limit. You saw what happened in the bowl game. If they want to sign 30+ go ahead they'll make room if it's over 85. I don't think any of those 3 are questionable based on what I've read about them. Seems LSU really likes all 3 and Parker stood out among a camp that was full of elite skill position players.

I think there may be a message also.
The train ain’t gonna wait at the station for you. Want to frick around? Then you might find out.
Kelly is playing to win. And perhaps he feels his staff is capable of IMPROVING a player’s performance, unlike the last 16 freakin years.

Several of these kids had previous relationships with the new coaches on staff. This years Louisiana class has been swayed bc coach O got fired, so they made a decision to go out of state. Next season is the year to judge coach Kelly on his in state recruiting. I have full confidence that he will be successful in state because I believe we will exceed expectations this test bc the roster is very talented.

Our QB room is one of the best in the nation and if Nuss is as good as I’m hearing this program will be fine bc Walker will take over and he is probably the most talented on the roster but he wants to learn instead of being forced in the fire.

Good years ahead boys!!!
