As another poster stated, the Aggies get gutted on defense, and one NFL tackle is gone with perhaps another deciding to leave. In addition, the league will begin to catch up with the Aggie offense as time goes by. If LSU gets some truly good receivers, we could win it all unless our defense hurts us.

Where are we going to get some truly good receivers? Have they been red shirted or are you counting on freshmen?

I think we should forfeit the Alabama game when they are in Tuscaloosa since we have no chance to win.

We should play the BR game so we can tailgate and stuff but not bother to go in.

Dude. The LSU/Ala/A&M matchups all could have gone either way. As they probably will next year. They all came down to the wire. Nobody has anybody's number. It's SEC football at its best.

Couldn't agree more. As for the Bama reloading comment by another poster, LSU will also be reloading.

Between Sonic Sam, Keke and Reid, I think at least one, if not two, will return. If that happens, watch out.

We lose, what, two O-linemen who played a bunch, but should have a healthy Faulk plus Bull and Dozer back. The backups have a lot of experience, too. Copeland is our biggest loss on offense, but Neighbors has shown glimpses. Just needs more consistency.

Yes, Bama should be strong, but LSU won't be some little powderpuff team. Should be 10 wins again, at least, but we get A&M and Florida at home next season. That will help tremendously.

I'm not conceding ANYTHING to the Gumps.

Not to mention they lose 3 receivers including that safety blanket. And oh by the way JM played behind tannehill and they ran a spread. He also practiced all spring summer and fall twice. He called plays last year. I'm not diminishing what he has done but this is a team sport and you lose possible 3 olineman 2 first rounders, and they lose a shite load on defense causes pause in crowning them top three.
Defenses Adjust.

College fans in general, LSU fans in particular, are entertaining. Absolutely batshit crazy, but entertaining.

In my opinion, LSU is a good offensive coordinator on the level of John Chavis away from a greater run. I'd move Stud back to the offensive line and bring in a proven OC to take the Tigers to the next level.

Our entire offensive line will be leaving except one guy but out defense should be much better. I guess we will just have to wait and see. I think all three of those teams will be very good again next year. I think the Aggies lose their O line also.

Mett has shown he can do it with a year of game planning but I just don't know if he can do it week in and week out with this offensive coaching staff. I think Lesticles needs to cut ties with the O staff and go for an OC that is a little more aggressive and balanced.

And this part of the problem today. Seriously, you should never be "satisfied" with anything less than a championship every year. Accepting it is one thing, but satisfied is a bit of a stretch.
