He was talking about professional track. There will be numerous international events before the next olympic games, which are still a few years off.

quite frankly, other than a few successful plays, I didnt think he was very good in college. Just my opinion. The return game will be better next year.

He did lead the SEC in punt returns:

PUNT RETURN AVG Cl G No. Yards TD Long Avg.
1. Tr. Holliday-LS SR 12 18 319 1 87 17.7
2. Javier Arenas-UA SR 11 28 466 1 66 16.6
3. Randall Cobb-UK SO 11 23 310 1 73 13.5
4. Prince Miller-UG SR 12 19 226 0 55 11.9
5. B. James-UF SR 12 32 232 0 49 7.2
6. Marshay Green-UM SR 11 22 158 0 36 7.2
7. Alex Washington-VU SR 11 25 118 0 26 4.7

Was that just luck? How do you think LSU's punt return average will be next year?

If he could have learned to field punts cleanly, he definitely would have been drafted.

As it stands, I think there is a decent shot that he's on a team/practice squad next year.

NFL teams generally do not kick away from the opposition. He's a legitimate threat at the NFL level as a returner.
