He was pretty spot on with the assessment of Simmons vs OU...
He folded in the last part of the game and Heild shined... It was frustrating to watch for sure

The end of games is high pressure. Look Simmons shrunk at the end of Oklahoma for sure but to compare his poise to a senior isnt really fair.

Wait.... What??????simmons was touted as the next great thing. Why did he disappear the last ten mins???? Did he play scared????? He did very little and I don't see any reason why.....

Maybe he gets a small pass if he's on the road, or in the tourney, or even if it's just conference play
But that was an opportunity for him to showcase himself to the country and he frickin disappeared... He was supposed to be THE man... He clearly wasn't ready for it or just didn't GAF for whatever reason but oh well, he was still drafted #1 overall

I don't think anyone did this. But Heild could have still had the game he had and LSU could still have won if Ben keeps being aggressive.

Lets not act like Simmons sucked the entire game. He was 4 points away and a steal from leading lsu in points,rebounds, assists,blocks and steals. Yes he shrunk in the last 10 minutes compared to a senior Buddy Heild.

Heild had nothing to do with how Simmons played... You are trying to compare what Heild did to what Ben did.... That's what I don't get... Ben was having a pretty good game and then basically went silent... Even the guys calling the game were like"whats wrong with Ben"... I truly believe that If Ben keeps playing like he was in the 1st thirty mins in the last ten we win that game and may have got the team on a roll to get to the NCAA'S......
