look at it this way, the qb debate will finally be over and we get to play these gumps again in a few months in BR.

In my opinion, a regular season contest next season is not equivalent to the game which determines if LSU wins the national championship and completes its first perfect campaign in half a century. Beating Bama next year won't compensate for losing on January 9. Let's put it this way: any sane LSU or Bama fan would trade a victory on January 9 for a regular season loss in 2012.

This conversation is too gloomy, damn it. We just have to beat Saban and the Tide in New Orleans. We're gooing to win.

I fully expect for us to win.
For one reason, we have a better football team.

Then Lee was taken away with no clear explanation or reason. this statement is huge. mostly because i think there's alot of fans who feel they NEED/DESERVE an explanation from Miles. but the reality is that MIles doesn't owe us anything and people need to get over themselves.

I agree with this. As Miles said, he and his coaching staff will continue to make the decisions that they think are best for the team without asking permission from the fans first.

The superfamily is slowly becoming a bitchy complainer who really feel because there is so much info on teams out there that they themselves are a part of that team. We are fans nothing more.

Enjoy watching these young men play hard for eachothers and for our awesome university.

At least he didn't throw a ton of INTs and lose the game for us. The UGA defense is legit.

Everybody would be fine with Jefferson sitting on the sideline and nobody would be saying that Miles is being disrespectful to him by not playing him.

You are so wrong. If it was the other way around as soon as LEE had a bad moment, the people who want JJ would be saying the same thing as the ones who want Lee playing now.
Only difference is most of the ones that are complaining about Lee now are not saying he should be the starter, they are complaining that if he was good enough to lead you to a 8-0 record then you have have more confidence in him to get a series or two at the end of the game when you are up by 21. Or the fact the Jefferson can have the worse half of any QB, and not get pulled.
The JJ supporters just take it as they want Lee to start, I don't see it as that. but could be wrong.

I love our fanbase, but we have gotten spoiled by all of our success.

LSU fans would complain if God was the coach, and Saban...I mean Satan, I keep getting those two mixed up...was the opposing coach.

This fan base is unique ... too many A Holes that cannot enjoy being a part of one of the most successful football programs in the country. Louisiana has a lot of "glass half empty people", more than most places I have lived.
Les Miles had to pull Lee. I love the kid but he choked big time in the biggest game in recent history, he choked twice!!! What does a coach do when a player fumbles the ball twice in the same half and almost cost us the game????????

For those who say they have lost respect for CLM, who gives a damn what you think. In case you haven't figured it out ... your opinion doesn't matter.

JJ is far from perfect, even the great Sabama said during the SEC Championship Game Day interview, JJ's running ablity creates more concerns for an opponent. I hope JL can come into the game like he did last year at a critical time and come through for the Tigers. However this is CLM's gig and that is the rest of the story.

I am extremely happy to be witnessing one of the greatest Football Teams in LSU history... coached and put together by our Coach ... Les Miles.

If you cannot enjoy this go stick your head where the sun don't shine ...

If your mentality is that we win at all costs no matter who we disrespect or whether we do the right thing or not, then yes, you should be happy.

Majority of folks on here are like that.....they are happy we are undefeated and dont give a hoot about Lee or anything..........these are same folks who were having major mancrushes on Lee 3 months ago when we were winning, now they call him a whiner (not that he has done any whining) and hang him out to dry. That is your typical tiger fan on the rant.
