The fact that he did 4 in the corps and didn't come out married to a stripper that has 2 kids from a previous relationship is quite impressive.

He's referring to when the MC wanted to basically make it against regulations to get married during your first enlistment contract.

Not that I would mess with him since he could probably whoop my arse pretty badly, but that dude is tee-tiny. Hope he's able to put on some weight, 'cause damn.
