Miles can get the top recruiting classes, but what good is that when you can't develop that talent, utilize it properly, or just plain waste it.
How many players has he really wasted?
Say what you want, but the amount of players he has sent to the NFL says otherwise

The only solid attribute Less brings is recruiting however that skill will be tested this season after yet another average season
Don't get me wrong, I get your point, It certainly won't be a walk in the park for him, but we had two average years in 2008 and 2009, and that lead to 3 solid years from 2010-2012
He can either prove why he's made millions and been successful with this recruiting class, but I do agree that if he doesn't come through and we have another average season next year and our chances for 2015 don't look good, his seat will heat up fast

5-6. NSD will tilt him to the higher or lower side. Giving some combination of Stud/Ensminger/Raymond the boot would also raise this score. He's done pretty well at addressing glaring deficiencies on his staff, and needs to do something with these three ASAP.

Sliding scale over the past 5 years between 4-7.
Right now he's about a 5. His system is flawed and it's not working

Start this thread after National Signing Day and we'll have a better idea.
With Les, there's always tomorrow right?
He's been here for 9 fricking years and fricked up countless times and done well a few times.
If you fricking don't have an opinion of the man by now that you are willing to stick by then You are just like the worthless independent voters out there .

What Indy voters are worthless? The ones who do not state if they are liberal, moderate or conservative? if so i agree, but most i know(including myself state what we stand for). The GOP is garbage now except for a pristine few. The jackass party has been garbage for eternity.
end of off topic.

I do understand your point though. After 9 years if he cannot make a critical assessment of miles then he never will be able to.
