A day after LSU is getting praise all over the media for how great their football team is. Multiple outlets saying lsu and lane are the best in the country. One day later they come out with this?? SEC couldnt stomach the praose lsu received and its beyond obvious

The problem for the SEC is that it is likely to backfire. The talking heads were actually giving LSU props for letting cooler heads prevail and not pushing the issue further by rostering the players. I have a feeling those same talking heads are going to heavily criticize the SEC's decision to escalate this while LSU has complied with all rules.

We are at the beginning of an LSU football Dynasty

The SEC needs to decide if they want that dynasty team as a part of their conference or not

And it sounds like they don’t. Their loss.

The crazy thing is LSU gave in to the SEC and didn't roster the players. LSU followed the SEC's rules precisely as interpreted by the SEC.

And then the SEC is talking about expelling LSU. What the frick does the SEC even want?

First business day after Lane made the comments that got Sankey butthurt.

Timing isn't that interesting.

I don’t know what the conference itself wants, but it’s beyond obvious that Sankey wants to be known as the SEC commissioner who lost LSU.

They're ammending the lawsuit to seek authority from the court to expel LSU. Then the SEC moves to expel LSU before the case makes it to court. Why? To try to make LSU defend being expelled instead of the false accusation.

The SEC knows they don't have to goods to make this stick. So they make the move before the motions are filed. Why? Where's the urgency? It's about trying to have us tossed before they have to make the case in court because they don't have the authority or evidence of their accusation. Why? LSU is still in compliance with SEC rules and bylaws.

BACKFIRE MUCH! Arrogant desperation is what this looks like to me.
