Doesn't make any sense to me so I have to believe it is fake. WTF would the Texas first baseman ask Mahtook, who just put LSU ahead with a hit in the 11th, "Got anything to say now"?

My sister is the one who sent the original message and told me to post in this thread. Basically that is her quick recap of what Mikie's uncle told her that she typed on her blackberry. Either Mikie (when he told the story) or the uncle may have embelished it, but the point was just that Mikie told him he wears a size 10 ring.
Also said the first base coach told him not to say anything back, then rolled his eyes when Mikie said it.

I just got off the phone with one of the uncles who is in Omaha. He was not aware of this story, and he was with Mikie for a few hours today. So probably BS.

I just got off the phone with one of the uncles from Omaha also, and he said uncles in Omaha are reliable sources. FWIW IMO
