I like all four, give them playing time for future wars to come.

Taylor looked the most impressive IMO

Both Phillips and Chaisson looked like they had NFL bodies but were hesitant and unaggressive.

Charles and Taylor but it's literally their 1st game ever.

Ingram and Taylor

Ingram played fewer snaps than Charles, but looked better imho. Charles played well but missed the crucial block at the goal line.

Taylor was all over the place, playing aggressively, and making plays.

Taylor immediately stood out. I always knew when he was in. I had to look for Phillips.

Ingram looked a tad bit better only because Saadiq missed that block on 4th down but both played well. Taylor looked confused a couple times but played fast, just a freshman learning curve.

I know the run/pass distribution was probably skewed, but I was really impressed with Charles in pass protection and Ingram in run blocking.

Taylor looked really good at LB

Chaisson looks more like a db than a linebacker, which is fine for college but certainly doesn't look like an NFL body.

I thought the same about Phillips. He looked the part, but did not throw his body in there like I thought he would. I'm sure with more reps this Sat he will gain more confidence.

IRT Chaisson, he needs to work on his pass-rushing moves. After 1st contact the OL rode him out of the play....generally to the outside of the pocket. Gotta make that next move/counter-move and keep going towards the qb.

BOTH will be LSU greats IMO before they are done!
