LSU doesn't win a 2019 natty without Justin Jefferson.

Justin Jefferson probably doesn't play for LSU had Jordan and Rickey not come here.

So in a way Jordan Jefferson was partially responsible for the 2019 Best College Team Ever.

However you slice it, it speaks a lot about the Jefferson family that despite how horribly Jordan was treated in 2011-2012, they still felt good enough about the school to send two more sons to play for the purple and gold.

Any negative Issues involving Jordan's playing time at LSU is all on Miles

Agreed. Look at how many 4* QBs failed under Miles

Ehhh. I mean I love Justin Jefferson and he will go down as one of the greatest LSU WR; but take him off this team and I am not so sure this is true. Chase, Marshall, McMath, Moss, CEH is still some deadly weapons and with Burrow/Brady I just don’t think the slight drop off is enough to cost us any of our games

To Jordan Jefferson's credit he was 5A All State and a high school All American and a 4 Star recruit. So there's talent there. But when it came to developing him further, LSU and the coaching staff failed.

Jordan Jefferson was one of the best QBs i played against in high school and would've flourished in the spread. I'll never forgive Les for what he did that guy's stint at LSU,

Dumb thread. I’m fine with your last paragraph. But Jordan Jefferson “redeeming himself” is dumb. He didn’t redeem himself nor does he need to. He played for LSU, won a lot of games and had a terrible final game. Life moves own. He doesn’t owe LSU anything.

JJ doesn't need redemption, but I'm sure it was awesome for his older brothers to see Justin finish what they started.

Jordan is coaching at Colorado State and seems to be doing well for himself, btw.

At the end of the day, As an LSU fan, you have to be Thankful for the Jefferson family.

ALL THREE of those dudes played their asses off for this school.

2/3 helped lead LSU to play for a National Championship and win an SEC Championship.

1/3 walked away with the ring.

After all of the hate the oldest one got, be thankful that the other 2 decided to come.

Not saying this team suddenly becomes bad by JJ not being there. But I dont see 15-0 if you take away a guy who had 18 TDs and 1500+ yards. Chase even said after the Natty that Clemson was bracketing JJ which allowed him to get open over the top so much. Even when JJ wasnt catching balls his presence on the field made a difference.

Not saying he does owe LSU anything but this season with his brother surely has to tske some of the sting off of 1/9/12.

This!!!

Jordan did the best he could vs Bama in the championship. Miles left him in there to die. Damn hard headed stubborn Miles. I think if Lee would have came in early in the 2nd quarter then Jefferson would have calmed down and his play would have improved.

I would not call Jefferson to McMath a "slight drop off"

Remember we played several games without Marshall, so take away Marshall and JJ and that definitely would have had a big impact. Jefferson also made one of the plays of the year early vs. Texas.

Think you're underselling how important 111 catches for 1540 yards and 18 touchdowns is.

Jordan (minus the whole bar fight thing which honestly is not that big of a deal, its college) remained a good program steward during and after his tenure.

Wasn't Jordan with The Badger smoking weed when they all got caught? Jordan had graduated and HB was still on the team, if i remember correctly.

One has nothing to do with the other. Thanks to the Jefferson family for sending us their young.

Joe Burrow isn't alive if his parents don't have sex. So, in a roundabout way his parents are co-mvp of the team.

I agree too. For all of his issues, Jordan performed very well in a two minute offense. Common sense, obviously Miles had none, would have dictated we needed to run an offense like that the entire game for him to be successful.
