happen....but I would imagine they are pumped to know that they will have JL throwing them balls. I now expect some of our talented wr corp to have huge seasons....Randle should be a beast...and don't sleep on wright and boone.....this is going to open up the running game bigtime. I am looking forward to watching a qb who can hit a swing pass in stride and not put our rec's in bad positions.......I am immediately much more excited about this offense.....no more blank stares/deer in headlight.

I think the WRs could benefit the most. Last year, at times, some of the WRs appeared to be frustrated with JJ, however; that doesn't mean its best for the whole team. IF JL improves on other areas then we could be much better off, but WRs having better numbers doesnt translate into wins..

Sorry, but this made me laugh. It brings back memories of JL hitting the AU linebacker in stride on a simple swing pass to Keiland.

Not arguing that.....at all. He defintiely made mistakes as a RSF....but you can't tell me you haven't watched JJ turn backs/rec's around on swing passes over and over...just enough to throw their timing off to where we potential big plays were wiped out. J Lee is certainly not perfect, but he is much more accurate (sometimes to the other team) and don't forget he did lead us to the #52 ranked offense in the nation as a RSF...I think most of us would have killed for a #50 ranking the past few years.

Would you be okay with these numbers this year from J Lee?

2,400 yards passing
20 td's
10 int's (3 pic six)

I actually agree with you ... just reading that particular phrase made me laugh. JJ's gone ... I'm 100% behind JLee.

It depends, does the 3 pic six's cost us any games?

haha...obviously I can't answer that. I don't like the idea of 3 pic sixes....and I don't think he will have that many....but I do think he could throw for around 2500 in the regular season....with at least 20 td's...and if he can have a td/int ratio of 2:1...it would be a huge improvement over 2008.

Wow ... surprised to see you in here defending JLee.

And no, I meant Keiland Williams. Guess you purged that play from your mind?

Gotta take care of those drops first and that damn blocking. Screen passes won't work for shite until they learn to block.

no but if you insist on talking shite about a bad play Lee made I was just reminding you of others more worthy of discussion.

Yep = I'd rather suffer an interception a game than to give away the swing pass as an offensive element. JJ turned that play into a huge liability for us.

Hell - let em even have a TD on one of them a game - an overall effective passing attack to go with our running game would more than compensate for that.

Man, you're waaaaay too sensitive. If you thought that was talking shite, then you need to step away from the keyboard. I made A comment about A play that I was reminded of from the post. I don't have a dog in this fight (pun unintended) and will back whoever steps under center.

You on the otherhand have an agenda as everyone on this site can attest to. Let it go man.
