Heck of an arm, but his Release and wind-up way too slow....he did a better job tonight of not staring the WRs down..

Shut up with the "staring receivers down". We run one, two receiver routes at the most. He can't look off a safety because there are no other receiver threats.

Beg your pardon, but even Navy's PLEBE (i.e. freshman) QB had 3 TD passes this week.

JohnLSU must be talking about the Jarvis Landry back pedal. You say the ball was overthrown, then why was Landry back pedaling? Seems like a dumb thing for a receiver to do instead of running underneath the ball.

Yeah, that was on Landry.

For once this year, the OF coaches did a good job on play calling. If they would have done this last game, we win!

was only this game that we ran the quick routes

So, sometime around when we found out we can't protect the QB, and our QB is a statue...we started getting it out faster.

The play calling was good last night. The execution wasn't. Mett needs to get better. We all severly overvalued him coming into the season, but if the line can keep playing like they did last night, he'll improve

They still struggle passing. Can Mett roll out to by time? Time for a long ball. Opens up the run game. We have a stable of RB's.

Nice to see them win one and upset someone instead of other way around.

Who is the QB Coach?
