re: I’m confident in Brady staying another 1-2 years, but how much longer

The real question is whether Brady wants to stay in college or go back to the NFL. If he wants to stay in college, I think we keep him for a few years. If he wants NFL, he will likely be gone this season or next.

I think he moves on after the championship game. He will have accomplished everything he can here
Two questions stand out:
1) Can Brady sustain this type of success for multiple years now that there's a full year of film on him? and...
2) Was this a one-off, due majorly to the emergence of JB9 as a Heisman winner? Can Brady get Brennan to step up and continue the chaos that Burrow started?
...
It's these questions that need answers.
Yes, I believe it was no fluke. I believe Brady can continue to progressively and systematically improve this offense to (dare I say?) even better performance.
And hell yes I'm selfish in my desire, but I hope, for our sake and his own future, that Brady sticks around another couple years to prove to the world that he is an unequivocally talented play caller.
Right now he's somewhat of a gamble for an NFL team, though his upside would be tempting to overlook. I fervently do not believe LSU lets another NCAA Football school steal Brady from us, period.
...if he does stay a year or two more, we absolutely must give our blessing as he strikes out on his own... hopefully not to another SEC school.
