So anyone thinking this game is a sure fire bet to happen, keep your fingers crossed

I think the game is a pretty sure bet unless there is a Covid outbreak among one team or the other right before game time, which I think if both teams make the 85% vax threshold and don't have to test regularly - won't be an issue.

Now as to whether there will be full capacity or not or maybe even a change of venue, a lot can happen in 5 weeks and all joking, and hyperbole aside California will go to the extreme on this more quickly than any state.

But one thing last year proved is games can be played safely, despite all the threats and "OMG why are they even trying to play - they are risking lives" BS - they were played and the very loud and very combative folks against that were proved wrong and fairly convincingly.

So IMHO the game will be played. At what capacity I wouldn't yet lock that down as some have.

Full capacity for Dodgers stadium is 56,000, they average 49,000 per game

Rose Bowl capacity is 90,000, UCLA averages 57,000 per game

Planning to head out to LA for the game. Haven't booked anything yet but with 5 weeks until kickoff is it a safe bet it'll happen with decent capacity limits?

Dodgers season ticket holders have seats through the end of September. They’re at full capacity and will be into October. We have nothing to worry about with this game.

LMMFAO, this is a written identity. Still L-ing my A O.

I’m a staunch conservative living and thriving in California, but not gulping down the pa(R)ty line hook, line, and sinker and aligning with the once-scoffed granola anti-vax nutjubs in eastern Oregon and Washington. Logical and reasonable enough to receive two small pokes of the Trump-accelerated magic elixir for the betterment of society “arse a hole”.

Why people try to make this political is beyond me.

Yeah, why do people want to use the armed power of the government to force me to wear a mask or get a shot?

The timing of alcohol being sold to the general seating areas further proves that we will not only see 100% capacity, but that we will see LSU and UCLA in the Rose Bowl.

This is the same bunch of people who have banned bacon in the state because the hogs are not raised in adequate space... they are also working on chickens and eggs.
