The timing of alcohol being sold to the general seating areas further proves that we will not only see 100% capacity, but that we will see LSU and UCLA in the Rose Bowl.

These baws better stock up on kegs

Sounds like you have been hitting the sauce already if you really believe that. People’s Republic of California is not going to allow the game at full capacity.

It’s not happening. 2021 season will be canceled until morale improves.

Wait until the state of California requires vaccination in order to be allowed into sporting events. They are going to try and make normal life as hard as possible for us Louisiana, conservative, anti-vaxxer folks

Well since the MLB has taken up the admins political ideals and helped push them it stands to reason that they’d be allowed to operate normally. Just another example that this is purely political.

no doubt. the state of california oftentimes bases their policy on the political affiliation of ucla's football opponents

Please speak for yourself on this. Don't tar all right-of-center people with that brush.

And I really think the days of shutting down or substantially restricting outdoor sporting events for COVID are over (God willing that I am right about this). Even JBE has signaled that this is the case, and I have heard ZERO discussion of changing MLB attendance rules in any state.

The only way this game gets materially screwed with, IMHO, is if there is a COVID outbreak on one of the teams. We know LSU has a high enough vaccination rate to avoid regular testing; let's hope the same is true of UCLA. If you're subject to regular testing, it's way too easy to get a stray asymptomatic positive and create major problems.

I’m from Louisiana, conservative, and I strongly believe that people should be vaccinated.

Why people try to make this political is beyond me.

Boy put the damn crack pipe down, you are rotting your brain.

Ok for all those worried about the game, you have very good reason to be! It is a liberal hell hole out here and they march to the progressive drumbeat!

So here is why people need to be concerned, UCLA is what is called a “UC” schools and there are 9 campuses in Cali, UCLA is the best known the UC system is known for its Uber progressive teachings, makes sense Berkeley is in the group.

I can tell you last year they were the first colleges in Cali to shut down and send everyone home.

What people have to understand is that the Teachers unions run Cali and what they want they will get.

So anyone thinking this game is a sure fire bet to happen, keep your fingers crossed cause the liberal turd burglars out here will figure away to frick it up.

Luckily for LSU, the game is before the recall election (Sept. 14th) so I doubt they'll do anything too unpopular before that date

true, but look at this.

quote:

Staples Center, which has allowed as many as 7,500 fans into the arena for Clippers playoff games, will expand to its full capacity of 20,000 on June 18 if the Clippers force a Game 6 against Utah. Fans will have to show proof of vaccination or a negative coronavirus test from the previous 72 hours to attend. Ticket info.

Which is pretty ridiculous considering you can be vaccinated and still spread it. So its possible we see changes on this too. Like everyone needs a negative test.

could be because Staples center is indoors. outside stadiums don't need that nonsense.
