you might as well replace you pretty little LSU Vs. Texas avatar with something else cause the Longhorns aren't losing. Have you seen their weak arse schedule?

good post. it seems like LSU doesn't play as spirited of a game against UGA as it does against Bama or Auburn. prolly since we haven't played them enough to develop that rivalry thing. the exeption was the SECCG in '03, of course. for us to win, our boys need to be highly motivated, play a very good, errorless game and hopefully force a coupla turnovers. have a great time in athens. it's a great college town.

I am a homer's homer, and I think LSU has little chance.

I wish I had your confidence. What makes you think that all of the crappy play and questionable coaching will suddenly go away against LSU's toughest opponent to date?

I don't expect us to blow them out by any margin.

But I will say that +3.5 for LSU at my betting place looks REAL good.

Have you seen college football? If you don't think Oklahoma can beat Texas, you're a retard. Less likely, but they could easily lose at Okie State or A&M. Hell, Kansas could come into Austin and upset them. They might very well go undefeated, but having watched college football for the past several years, I'd say the odds are they lose at least 1.

LSU played right with UGA last year and they lost their 2 studs from that team- stafford and moreno.

LSU better play like they have something to prove though...

I wish I was a more optimistic person when it came to LSU football but this sums up my pessimistic attitude toward the game. I would like to believe we will pull out the magic dusty playbook and play lights out but the above statement is why I don't think that happens. As the saying goes it is what it is. And we are who we are. That said,

Maybe not...but their backup threw for 6 TD's in their last game. They will bounce back.

I just had to bump this thread ....
I thought we would seal the win with an int late in the 4th

Great game ... it was so much fun in Athens watching this team play Saturday. I have to admit, for a second I thought my prediction would come to fruition: we play our best game of the year, but lose.

I am sooooo thankful the Tigers proved me wrong and got out of there with a HUGE win. Bring on the Gators! We've got nothing to lose this week!
