re: If you had to pick LF7 or Guice

I enjoyed watching LF, but I tend to agree that he will be injured again if he keeps trying to go airborne on defenders. I knew it was coming, and it finally did.
Hopefully he'll be fully healed by this season and can go full throttle. It'll be fun to watch him in the league.
For the OP question, I'd pick Guice. Would much rather end up on the ground from being juked out than bulldozed. At least I could get up and walk away.

There's nothing like LF7. Once in a 50 year back he's not human

I could touch LF but would get trucked in the process
Guice would shift away and break my ankles without me getting a finger near him.
So I would Just quit football if I had to face either of them.

Guice has better cuts imo, or escapability..... but LF can run over you and then turn on the jets. Most teams would rather deal with guice. Bama, would be the only team i can think of that would welcome LF running up the middle all game

I see you are going "all in" today.
There was this RB that played for Dallas, Emmitt Smith was his name I think. He always said, "Run around to stay around." That was his philosophy on contact. Leonard will have a few moments in the NFL where he regrets trying to run over people. And longevity in the NFL for a RB is difficult enough without seeking out contact.

LF7 would kill my body.
DG5 would kill my spirit.
I'll go with DG5 and some light therapy.

Whoa, 34 downvotes.
Is that the best you can do?

Toss up. I'd put both of them on their arse with the quickness

Guice missed games in high school due to injury. No way you can say Leonard is more injury prone. There is no evidence either of them are "injury prone."

How this conversation always goes:
______ will say Guice because he is the more recent flavor. He filled in for a banged up Leonard and is the guy right now.
The truth of the matter is that both are amazing talents, but when Leonard is 100%, he is better than most all runningbacks college or pro.

Yeah, I'm sure after running for 2,000 yards you were critiquing his style... and you knew that ankle injury in practice before the season started was coming

Guice is better than Fournette so this shouldn't even be a question

While I agree that LF's style makes him a little more prone to injury, he was rolled up on in practice. Which is probably the most common of all football injuries. Getting rolled up doesn't correlate with his down hill running style. It's just football.

LF injured/2016 or non-injured?
Regardless, if my tackle had game/season implications, I'd probably still choose LF. I could get lucky slowing him down just enough while getting 'Trucked'.
