Are you serious ? Game one of a 30 game conference schedule in mid-Feb or the tournament game vs Kentucky, the King of SEC Basketball?

A matchup between the assumed 1st and 2nd pitchers taken in the MLB draft?

Yeah this isn't a question for me

When we lost a similar match up of pitchers in 2011 against Florida it seemed to derail the team for the rest of the season.... this game is HUGE

Baseball = potential run at the tital
Basketball = _________

I don't think if we lose this game derails us. there were many more problems on that team than just hitting a cold streak, that team lacked hitting in a huge way. This team is talented enough to work through the cold streaks.

You obviously don't get the matchup on the mound tonight.

No, I don't care about a matchup in mid-March.

Basketball easily. I doubt I'll even find out the score to the baseball game (unless I happen to take a look at TD), until I look at the sports page tomorrow morning.

I agree with you on that, but I think losing 2 heart breakers back to back on Friday and Saturday with Eades and Gausman was a huge punch to the gut for the us.

I'm not saying this is a must win but there isn't going to be a much better moral boost than to get a W against Beede

Well some people (like myself) would rather watch a baseball game over a basketball game any day. That being said I'll have both up tonight.

Baseball ALL DAY.

Don't get me wrong I hope the basketball team does well but I hate the sport of basketball and don't care at all what happens.

I prefer the baseball season, but tonight I care more about the basketball tournament, especially since it's Kentucky.

oh I agree completely but even if we get swept LSU can still get a top 8 seed or at worst host a regional our rotation is too good not to have a good year in the SEC.

I asked if you could only watch one. I suspect many will be following both.
