I don't give a flying frick who we play. LSU should scrub Nicholls on the ground and if they don't, they deserve to lose the regional. I don't care how good their ace is they shouldn't be beating LSU. #3 vs. their #1 should be enough to win.
LSU needs to get their ace in the portal and bring him over. He might be a friday guy for us next year.

He said Tulane would be at least a 3 seed 
before the UGA series he said LSU might not host a regional and I thought that was the dumbest take imaginable that it stuck with me. But now he throws this in the ring and now I can’t decide which is more stupid.
Saying LSU might not host a regional 10 days ago, or 19-40 Tulane is at least a 3 seed with a win tomorrow? think he outdid himself from last week and I have to go with the 40 loss comment. Maybe there was at least an inkling of a chance LSU wouldn’t host a regional if they finished 17-12

ULL has risen 21 spots in the RPI yesterday after those two wins. If they don't beat USM today they may actually sneak in as an at large.

It's not about the fact that we can't scrub the floor with Nicholls with Skenes on the mound, or probably even Floyd. It's about the fact that we want the worst 4 seed possible so we can save as much pitching as possible for the rest of the regional because we don't have enough to be using a bunch against the 4 seed.

D1 still list ULL in the first 4 out category. So I guess we will see.

Their new rankings today have them in our regional, I do not see them doing Nichols and ULL in our region but we will see. They never are 100% right with their projections of where teams will land.

I don't care about that either. Play up to your ability and you should be fine. If LSU is sweating the 4 seed in a regional looking ahead at their bullpen, they don't deserve to go to Omaha. It's that simple. Stop being pussies.
