First of all, that website has AIDS and that article reads like it was written by Farmer Fran.
However, if you feel it proves how terrible Miles had become, with a 55% winning percentage against SEC teams that had .500 records or better since 1/9/12, again, how the frick do you feel that Ed fricking Orgeron, the worst coach in Ole Miss history, is an improvement???
3-21
That is Ed Orgeron's SEC record as a full time HC.
Oh, and his amazing outstanding one of us record against winning SEC teams as interim in Baton Rouge??
2-2, chief.
Help me with the math here.
Which is better?

You forgot add this to your disaster scenario (assuming Miles gets the job)...
* Miles beats Saban
I would really worry about some on here going off the deep end if that happened...

please pay attention
i never was a fan of teh CEo hire.
however we are stuck with him so i hope he does great here.
at least CEo will let the OC run a modern offense and not the shite miles started running after 2009. that in itself makes him better.

Bingo...the fact that our offense WILL be better, more diverse, and certainly more interesting to watch than that butt crust that Miles paraded out week after week is lost on most of these dolts.

He already did that with a terrible gameplan against Bama and then shitting the bed against Florida.

So two losses...one almost an automatic and the other one play away from victory...and a TE coach calling the shots...and you're ready to throw in the towel on CEO?
You're a Chicken shite MF quitter.

sad eh??
you could swear CEO had matt canada last year.
people are too facking stupid here to realize we were basically stuck with miles' playbook..we added a few tweaks but cananda was not here with a full implemented offense. we have some of the dumbest fans i have ever seen.

there is no way in hell a coach that only likes to run the ball in between the tackles
Typical group think.
Led didn't run that offense at okie 1st. And he slung the ball around a lot in 08 and 13 when the defense was lacking.
He played conservative when he had a dominant defense, which was most years at LSU.
He would open it up at OM.

I think it's almost guaranteed that if he gets the Ole Miss job he will run a wide open, air raid offense. He would absolutely love to troll LSU like that. I wouldn't blame him.
What in the hell leads you to believe this?

Don't get me wrong, les had a serious problem recruiting and developing QBs. But the strength of LSU most years is, defense > RB > oline. In that order.
He knew where his team was strongest and coaches that direction.
Look at 2006, 2007, and 2013, good QBs = a more open Miles. The 2008 offense was pretty wide open, but that was because malveto was running the defense and he knew he would have to score to keep up with anybody.
At a school like OM (very similar to okie st) he wouldn't have a choice but to sling it around some, because the talent would never be there to run what he did at LSU.
This is common sense.
