My issues with “respect” stem from how quickly it gets taken away.
Why do you keep acting like people start respecting him and then stop respecting him each week? I have and will continue to give him props for big wins and be critical of him and the staff for big losses. For the 900,000th time, he will be "respected" when he accomplishes something of note over the course of a full football season. As of now, winning 9 games last year is unquestionably his greatest accomplishment as a head coach. He hasn't really earned "respect" that you think he has.

You're obviously over-simplifying things but aren't the most recent results the most important and most relevant to a discussion of a coach's worth? Especially when said coach has never accomplished anything of note as a head coach?
Did you lash out at people criticizing Les in 2015 because they were focusing on the three straight November losses instead of the wins from earlier in the year?
