There would not have been one peep from the SEC. I guarantee it.
Hypocritical bastards.

Actually it was found out that Bama made a practice squad of former nfl players as a scout team.

I dont know how long they did that for, but it was a loophole. They eventually were told to knock it off and they werent kicked out of the conference.

You're not wrong. But I'd also venture to say that many on this board would probably have a different view as well.

Either way. We didn't do anything wrong. Due to the national media and the "information age," the perception is that we did.

We love LSU. They hate LSU.

The world continues to spin.

GEAUX TIGERS.

GTHOM, Bama, Tenn, etc.

Trent Richardson practiced one time. That is all I'm aware of.

It wasn't against the rules.

I said it was a loophole.

LSU also didnt break the rules… which is the point of my statement.

Would’ve been lauded as a visionary and trailblazer.

I’m also pretty sure that a memo was sent to Saban vs a convening of the university presidents to feign an expulsion.

Bama did far worse ... they rostered Bediako ... the played Bediako ... under a TRO .... Nothing like this occurred.

On the other hand, I think behind the scenes, conference reps got a real eye opener yesterday. I'd suspect there were some meaningful subsequent reassessments. We'll see how this shakes out going forward. LSU may actually find itself in a stronger place.

If Lane would’ve done this at Bama or Texas, not a peep would’ve been said.

Saban sexually abused over 10,000 Bama fans in their dreams every night for over a decade and there was NO punishment.

Done what? That’s the problem. LSU still hasn’t broken any rules. Just hurt people’s feelings.

Neither is what LSU did or didn’t do. But Tennessee, bama, Omiss jumped on that band wagon so quickly. Hypocrites

Like, “I wish I hadn’t put any of this in writing. The incoming lawsuit from those two players is going to get me arrested for conspiracy and collusion to avoid following a court order.”

No peep about anything Texas does.
They brought in the first NFL player and started all this.

Indeed.

Or "I wish I hadn't misassessed who we were actually dealing with."
