Will all be forgiven for January 9, 2012?

1) IMO, there's nothing to forgive....we got beat by the better team that nite.

2) only a fool lives in the past....especially in sports.

as far as "smashing through" our schedule, we need an awful lot of kids to step up if we are going to dominate anyone other than the cupcakes. we will know more after the spring game.

If you care about LSU football, January 9th 2012 will always sting when you look back at the 2011 season.

If you're a rational adult, moving past it and enjoying both the rest of your life AND LSU football from that day forward ought to be a snap.

Twice in five years, not four...

2-2008
3-2009

Good. Here's hoping you were one of the miserable fricks that sat near me that made gameday such a beating the past few years.

Because LSU is winning.

As soon as there's a smidge of change and a game is close, he'll be up on the board with Moustache claiming doom and gloom and LSU would NEVER more than 9 games under a Les Miles team.

If you said you don't like the watching the games live, that's understandable. Personally, I agree. I like to go to one game a year but after that, I'd just as soon watch on TV from my house with better food close by and no line to use the bathroom. But you say you won't support Miles. I'm not aware of any thing terrible he's done as a person. Has he cheated you out of your life savings, run over your dog or something? The only reason you could come up with are football and while there are legit critisms of his coaching, he has won more games than any LSU coach before. If you've gone to games for 23 years, you have seen some awful teams, what is not to like about last years team?

He was on here yesterday saying the offense was terrible the last 5 games last year. He said OM doesn't count, but that the O was bad vs WKU and was bad for 3 Q against Arkansas, which is completly false. In that game we had 2 drives of 60 plus yards in both the 2nd and 3rd Q and another one in the 4th along with a 45+ yds TD drive in the 4th. On no planet is that a bad offense

From checking out the guy's post history im going to go out on a limb and say that it has something to do with not playing Lee.

Not sure how a qb decision by a successful coach would make you stop supporting the school you supposedly care about but I realize reading through the guy's post history that we aren't exactly dealing with a bright guy.

Probably the root cause of his hatred is Jordan Jefferson. Which is fine. But he's gone.

What I don't get is that the 2011 team wasn't even expected to accomplish what they did. It was the 2012 team that was supposed to contend for the title. What Miles did was nothing short of a complete success as far as expectations go.

But you will have fans, like that guy, who are completely unhappy with everything he does. I can't understand it, but it is what it is. They're completely illogical but they don't see themselves that way and will continue to be the "I hate Les Miles" drum. He can win a National Championship and he'd still dislike the guy.

It's beyond my comprehension.
