When we are 3-1 will you stop crying like a new born?

Half the QB's LSU will face looked better than Brennan in game one. That's a shocking statement considering the skilled talent in LSU's offense, the crying by many Tiger fans will only get louder if he doesn't improve dramatically.

Brennan was 27 for 45 for 345 yards.

45 attempts? Burrow ever have 45 attempts? That's a dysfunctional run game panic stat. This gameplan was fricked from the beginning.

We are gonna have to see Jarrett lee level
Pick sixes for Brennan to get benched imo.

This year is what it is. Luckily the season is shortened.

I wouldn't throw either of the true freshman into the fire unless they are ready. Miles did that to Jarrett Lee his freshman year and the dude was scarred for life. He probably still wakes up in cold sweats.

There are true freshman every year, every single year not turning into whimpering sheep playing as 18-19 year olds. In case you guys don't know, Lamar Jackson was a true freshman at Louisville and his first game was vs Auburn in the opener. They didn't win but he showed flashes of what he could do. He got better every single year, became a heisman winner, 1st round draft pick, and NFL MVP. He was a 3 star recruit.

That "thrown to the wolves" shite does not apply anymore.

I think it's safe to say neither Finley nor Johnson is Lamar Jackson. There are freshman QB's every year who are ready to play. Bryce Young looked pretty good last night. I don't think our freshman QB's are on that level.

Brennan should be better prepared than he is, better anticipation of when receivers are open which takes reacting fast knowing where the balls going.

Seems he is doing fairly well in locating openreceivers.
It’s the throwing to them that gets him.

Then why is he currently third string?

Same reason Ensminger is still the OC and Brady was never offered the position.

He's not a kid anymore, he's a grown man who could have entered the draft if he so chose. Looks like he really needed to stay in college, he needs the work.
