I think his # will eventually be retired regardless if he wins the Heisman or not

No, they'll just save it for Dylan Moses to wear...

Dylan Moses is the next #7

LSU doesn't actually retire numbers anymore. They just retire jerseys, meaning the number can still be worn.
I recall Miles saying Karnell Hatcher would be the last to wear 37 though. And I can't think of a BB player who's worn 40 recently or a baseball player to wear 19.

Why is hatcher the last to wear 37?

Because he had it at the time they retired Cassanova's jersey. And I guess Miles decided no one else should wear it in the future.

and 33 has now gone from Jeremy Hill to Beckham to Adams (Shaq prolly doesnt count in this)
What the actual frick are you talking about? OBJ was 3. Also OBJ's last year was also Hill's last year (2013) and Adams' first was 2014. And it's not that 33 was passed on, Adams just got that number.
7 has been passed on from PP to TM to LF. LF will choose who gets 7 after him. If they didn't retire 7 after Bert Jones or Alexander they'll never retire it.

Him leaving after his junior year does not equal him not graduating. Plenty of athletes still finish their degree after going pro. With as high of a character person, and as hard working as he is I would think getting his degree would be important for him.
Not sure why this is getting downvoted.

Beckham actually wore 33 in 2011 and switched to 3 in 2012.

I think this is valid.
You would think if LF wins the HT, it would be a no-brainer to retire the number 7, but...
Retire the jersey, hang it next to 20, allow the number to still be used. Too many greats wore 7 to ignore, even for a HT.

No I don't think you could retire the number 7 jersey.

He is on pace to graduate next year. There was a article about that this summer

I think yes, but not just Fournette's name. Add Jones, Alexander,Peterson and HB.
