If he wants to run the ball 5+ times a game, 210 would help to keep him injury free.

He must be drunk to think Kap is less than 190. Had to be an assumption.

I can see him carrying 200 by the season. He's beefed up some since being at LSU. Take into account, he's been there a full year and he's put on probably less than 10 pounds.

If he picked up 10-15, he'll be durable enough I think.

Anything over 200lbs and I'll be happy. His weight didn't hurt him this past season.

He didn't play much for his weight to be much of a problem. Remer how much JJ got hurt? Being a QB that runs some read option, and taking hits like Jennings took last year will break him after a while.

220? Ha ha.... Nah 205/208 is good. Needs to get in the film room and study SEC defenses and get on the practice field and work with his TEs and WRs!! Learn how to become a leader on and off the field and stop talking about it and do it.

You nailed it. I work out and can add or loose 10lbs in a month and not loose speed. His knowledge is the key yo him developing into a starting SEC QB.

Between 200-210 would be adequate methinks. He'll always be lanky but he needs a little weight to hold up.
