What would your ideal baseball lineup be going forward against lefties and righties assuming Edward is not hurt bad?

Against righties, I would go with fields in left, Moore at first, rhymes at DH. I guess dozar would be odd man out.

Against lefties, I would do Edward in right, Rhymes in left, Katz at first, snick DH.

Jones Katz rhymes, then those three again with a funny mustache, then those three again with reading glasses.

slow down. Dozar had a bad series against Florida, but Arby's 2 hits shouldn't discount the fact it's the first time he's shown signs of life at the plate and the fact that Dozar has been pretty solid at the plate most of the year

This. Fields has definitely earned himself some serious PT, and adds some nice speed to the lineup. If he could learn to take pitches more and work the count, he could REALLY be a nice lead-off hitter for us. Id go something like this:

Fields, CF
Jones, 2B
Katz, RF
Rymes, LF
Ross, C
Nola, SS
Slaid, Snikeris, Dozar, DH
Hanover, 3B
Edward, 1B

So you're going to replace a .296 hitter for a .192 hitter?

Well I personally think they shouldn't allow fields to bat right handed. He looked awful batting right handed but his swing was much better left handed. I also like the fact that we would be better defensively with fields

Dozar is hot gabage!!! He is a senior and has not improved very much at all since his Freshman yr. The kid is batting under 300. That is not acceptable as a senior in college baseball unless your are steller in the field and he is not.

Ideally?

1.) Jones (2B)
2.) Moore (1B)
3.) Katz (RF)
4.) Rhymes (LF)
5.) Nola (SS)
6.) Ross (C)
7.) Dozar (DH)
8.) Hanover (3B)
9.) Foster (CF)

I'm sticking with Dozar for consistency's sake, but I'd have him, Edward, and Snikeris platoon if need be.

I really liked what Moore did saturday. He also played well in the field. If Jones can get on base consistently in the leadoff spot, I believe Moore is a legitimate threat to help us strike early.
