I would feel bad for Miles if he left.

Games have been hard to watch the last couple of years, you cant argue that. I just feel kind of bad for this dude, its pretty obvious he's in over his head and its uncomfortable for us and him Im sure. He's a great dude from all accounts Ive heard.

I will say that he has the midas touch as far as good fortune is concerned, he's one lucky s.o.b. Maybe a change at OC will be the thing to get this regime over the hump.

Yeah I'm never going to feel bad for a millionaire doing something he loves.

You do realize that 2008 wasn't his first year?

You'd get over it when you saw an organized, prepared, well coached team on Saturdays.

Don't worry Miles wil be just fine.

This.

This is my hope for LSU football. I'm tired of watching immensely talented teams stumbling and bumbling their way through games, and then having the rantards tell me how much of a bad fan I am for believing we can do better.

Nah man if you don't want Miles here forever and ever, then you are just a terrible fan. You don't understand football. Shame on you for not blindly supporting a guy and just supporting LSU.

... I agree with you, fwiw

Only readable part of your post. He is WAY WAY WAY over his head and the only thing that could make he even seem like he has a clue is if he had an O coordinator that could be trusted to make ALL offensive decisions, INCLUDING TIMEOUTS!

Crowton needs to roll and I think things could open up and operate regardless of Miles gametime ineptitude.

he's not in over his head. we have struggled since winning the nc. not unusual at all. he actually has done OK considering the QB situation and esp. the OL situation. if we can get some good coaching/players on the OL, we'll be back to challenging for the whole enchilada and that's with miles. his weakness is his ceo style but there are strengths in that approach also. it is, however, imperitive that we have good coaching on the position level and from what i've witnessed, the offensive side of the ball just ain't hacking it.

I agree. This year we were really only a very good offensive coordinator away from being in the national championship.

That means he is over his head!

And those coaches were chosen and RETAINED WITH RAISES by Les Miles!

Again, the who organization from players to coaches to game decisions are LM and LM only. It falls on him....

He simply is in over his head. There are too may leaks in his wonderful boat...if that helps you understand.
