Tell me why LSU was "right" in suspending Wade.

You must have missed when the tape was released. It was quite the circus

That lasted a couple of days and then it was over.

The suspension is what has allowed this entire issue to fester. Every time LSU basketball is mentioned they bring up the suspension. No one even mentions why he was suspended anymore. No one cares.

That seems to be your main theme, that you agree the suspension was right.
Correct?

Because he is on tape discussing a deal for a player currently on the team. Then breaching his contract by not meeting with LSU to discuss the issue.

So innocent until proven guilty is just a group of words that mean nothing. I heard the tapes and unless they have more proof than those tapes wade would be found innocent in a court of law. The NCAA will not do anything due to the schools and coaches being named in said tapes. Watch

This is just another frick up by our incompetent administration

Where is guilty coming from?

He’s suspended & still getting paid. That doesn’t imply guilt.

This could have ended very quickly had Wade wanted to resolve it.

LSU was "right" in suspending Wade because It was quite the circus when the tape was released. The tape however was not released.

Unconfirmed.

What you think he's discussing on the tapes is irrelevant. When you speak as if you know what was discussed you undermine your entire premise.

Ok.
First- Have you heard the actual audio? Curious to know if it is out there. I've only read a transcript of it.

I want to hear it if possible.

Second- Do you agree with the timing of the suspension also, given the wiretap was news a year prior?

Doesn’t matter what one THINKS he is talking about. It’s what you can PROVE.

Dickie thinks the audio is out there, too. Is it?

Doesn't matter what I think they're discussing.

Difference between you and me is I know it doesn't matter. What's on that tape is not enough to prove any malfeasance. If that's all they have on him then nothing's going to happen with this.

The Duke lacrosse team agreed to sit down with Joe Alleva and innocent young men's lives were ruined thanks to Joe. Innocent or guilty nobody with a brain would talk to Joe. Look at what Joe said after Florida game. It was mindless, dangerous, and self-serving but also implicated the school and Joe.

We all agree that the NCAA is flat-out organized crime...proof is not required by them to levy sanctions.
Sad but true.
