I've been impressed with what I've seen of him so far. He's definitely more better than that freshman we have at this point.

I hear the writers that are now sports personalities on TV say that all the time. It makes my skin crawl for some reason. I've even heard "more worser" a few times.

Why? Because he looked good against Rice?

He does seem like he has more of a burst than the other 2 backs. He should some fresh legs.

I like Nick (6'0" 220lbs). Durable back, decent size, good blocker, decent receiver coming out of the backfield. As far as Lanard? He's going to be a good back...not great. Time will tell. At 5'll" and 206lbs he's a bit small IMO. Looking over the stable of backs.....LSU doesn't have a really big power back right now. Tae Provens (FR) is 6'2". After being moffitized he should be able to get to 225-230. Not sure about his speed and acceleration.

It will be Lanard's year next year. Like Brosett, he is next in line to be featured.

Yea, those runs against a horrible and gassed Rice defense were simply amazing.

Not if Emery does follow through with his commitment and signs with LSU.

Emery will play but a senior RB back will start the year.

If this happens, O will be gone before the end of the year.
