And most finished ranked below us.

If we go 15-0 with the last place offense I’ll be happy

But it’s not likely to happen.

I mean We were like less than 500 yards off from those #s this year.

Just wondering where the goal post are located.

I say there are no excuses for the offense/OC ...none!

Man youre putting a ton of pressure on these true freshman rbs.

Not really. 50-60 more per game, its doable. Look at the lack of big plays this year. Just need a home run hitter.

RB is probably the easiest potion to adjust to

I just don’t see us winning a championship if we rely solely on defense and ST

Defense doesn’t win championships anymore

Offense and Defense and STs win championships.

Alabama and Clemson aren’t fricking around on either side of the ball anymore.

It’s more like 35 yards a game.

We ended just south of 2300 yards rushing.

We just need to do it in a lot less attempts.

And it wasn’t enough.

We lost a NCs because we couldn’t move the ball enough to even match FGs with Alabama in the NC

I think 35 pts, 3000 passing and 2700 rushing should be expected next year.
Efficiency, like RZTD, YPA, and YPC will need to go up.
A lot of plays just for middle pack numbers in '18, but maybe OL and Skill position sync will be better year 2 of the Ensminger Experiment.

Brosette was the perfect short yardage guy, CEH was a good 3rd down back. We just need someone with a burst

It was a great season

But we lost the NC

We didn’t win

And we are falling further behind on offense

Both upgraded talent at QB and improved.

Real simple, ensiminger’s offense scored zero points on Alabama in two years. Canada’s offense at least scored points when the tigers played the red elephants in 2017. Burrow is given way too much acculades because statistically he is a middle of the road quarterback in the SEC.

I've been saying that since the season ended. Ricky and sammy are arguing against me.

That’s not what we’re arguing, and you know that.

And as has already been pointed out, much of that is attributable to the dominant defense and special teams in 2011 contributing to short field positions.

I really hope that this isn't some new talking point from the Ree, Ben and Lester camp. If so, it's pathetic.

That offense made many teams quit in 4th or even earlier, so Ws not solely on D and ST.
It was well put together and each phase complimented other.
