These threads are pure entertainment gold.
Fans whining and bitching because their TV screen shows a stadium 1/3 to 1/2 empty.
Fans trying to one up each other. Bragging on what a real fan they are. (I drive in from out of state) (I stay all the way through the Alma mater).
Football, at the end of the day is nothing but entertainment. That’s it. It’s the exact same as going to a Broadway play or a concert. You don’t hear people bitching and whining because the auditorium was only 1/2 full. You don’t hear people bragging because they stayed all the way till the end. Who cares?? lol
How people choose to spend their money and spend their time is their business and no one else’s.
All this bitching and bragging is just idiotic. Lol

Me and my son haven’t and won’t leave early. I pay good $$$ for the seats, can’t wait for football season to return as soon as it’s over and want to enjoy every second of it with my son while it’s here.

When you spend thousands in tickets, airline tickets, rental cars and gas, hotel rooms, food, drinks, etc. per season you can leave when you want to.
Why do folks give a dang about those of us who choose to spend our personal time how we want to?

Gotta love fans that criticize empty seats while sitting at home in their recliner

Should have kept the stadium at around 80,000.

I see on the Political Board that there is a company called Rent a Crowd Inc. that will provide people to show up at riots and protests. Maybe we can get them to send people to Tiger Stadium at halftime.

Not sure when it happened, but I remember the uproar when the seat size was reduced by an inch or two on either side so that the admin could sell more tickets without expanding the actual stadium.
Man oh man, the bitching that ensued: "My bleacher seat doesn't fit any more", "my arse is too wide", "I hate being that close to someone else I don't know", "now I have to cross an additional 8 people to get to my seat in the middle of the row", yadda yadda.
If they're not selling out every game, it wouldn't hurt to expand the individual seat size and lose a few sellable tickets, and it might even improve the in-game fan experience a bit.
Just my two cents worth.
